LinkedIn rolls out a series of updates for the Sales Navigator platform on 9th Feb 2022, including enhancing the Search experience, CRM integrations, and new homepage optimizations.
More updates like them will be released throughout the first quarter of 2022.
Launched in 2017, LinkedIn sales Navigator has become an important part of the purchasing funnel for many industries.
Search Experience Update in LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
The first update has aimed to improve the visualization in the Search Experience. LinkedIn Sales Navigator will display all available filters when you go to the search toolbar.
You can even find “Company Headquarters and “TeamLink Connections of” in some of its additional features.
Moreover, there will be a real-time update when filtering for your target audience. This update simplifies the search for your target audience or accounts, thereby saving you time and hassles.
Sales Navigator and CRM Integration Updates:
LinkedIn has also made some updates for its Advanced Plus users. One of them is the ability to link your CRM system (via Microsoft dynamic 365 and Salesforce) to handle contacts. For this integration, a new tool has been rolled out called the “At-Risk Opportunities” list.
This feature will report you on people who have left open opportunities, directly into Sales Navigator. It will help you prioritize your campaign in an emergency, as well as enhance the quality of your pipeline.
Moreover, enhanced CRM cards have been provided to Account Pages and Contact Pages, reducing the need to switch between platforms.
Enhanced CRM cards are another update to the CRM integration. These enhanced CRM cards are added to Account Pages and Contact pages, minimizing the need to toggle between platforms.
Major Updates to the Homepages:
Last but not least–there are some updates rolled out for Homepage which was released last quarter. It is a much-required update that will help sales teams to show personalized insights for key accounts.
LinkedIn has upgraded the Priority Accounts section, Alerts Feed, and added a new “Bookmarked Alerts” tab. Priority Accounts section can help you upload important accounts. For instance, you can keep tabs on when the number of employees or people increases amidst the rapid switching of so many professionals between companies or professions.
The Bottom Line:
Sales have become difficult area than ever before, thanks to a lot of twists and turns.
The updated LinkedIn Sales Navigator will address the issue and empower your sales team as well.
