Also, make sure that there isn’t any duplication involved.

For better results, it is advisable to use campaign level or Adgroup level filtering with the negative keywords. You need to check for those hidden ‘keywords’ in one or two ad groups, which brought the low quality and wrong traffic.

Remember that you can have hundreds and thousands of Ad groups for every campaign. So, you hardly need to stuff all keywords in just single Ad group.
